  • All teams will be scheduled to play a minimum of 3 games (Weather Permitting)
  • *****BAA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AGE BRACKETS BECAUSE OF A LACK OF PARTICIPANTS*****
  • Refunds:
    1 Game played   - 50%
    2 or more games  - 0% 
  • Credit Card or Check options for payment (PLEASE NOTE: if you are paying by check, your registration for each tournament will be confirmed once payment is received)

Refund Policy:
·         A team will be charged 50% of the entry fee if it cancels within 30 days prior to tournament
·         If a team does not give a 2 week notice, it will forfeit the entire entry fee
·         If inclement weather should limit the number of games played, refunds will issued as follows:
o    1 Game played – 50% of entry fee
o    2 or more games played – NO REFUND
