Bat Restrictions

To be considered legal for use in the STLWAA, bats must comply with the following:

  • For any type of bat, the maximum diameter is two and three quarters inches (2 3/4") and the maximum length is 36". 
  • Aluminum and composite wood bats must be marked by the manufacturer as "BBCOR" or "BPF 1.15"
  • Be a solid core wood bat (with or without markings).

Program Overview

The Boys Baseball Program is open to boys ages 8 thru 14. 

  • BAA Provides Uniforms if needed
  • 12 Game Schedule 6 home/6 Away
  • Away games played a neighboring  member parks.
  • Managers receive work duty exemption (plus 2 for assistants)
  • Individual player registrations are welcome, however, team placement is limited due to most teams being previously established.
  • Parents are encouraged to contact managers looking for players prior to registering.
  • BAA relies on parents to manage teams.

$105 per player

$30 Family Fee assessed to each household

2 Parent Volunteer assignments or $95 buyout option

Volunteer Assignments/Buyouts are per family not per player
